AERO GAINS
Refined and wind tunnel-approved NACA-shapes (National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics) make the Izalco Max frame highly aerodynamic. The frame only weighs 865 g for frame size M with an additional 400 g for the fork. The C.I.S. road stem hides the cables below the stem. An integrated bike computer mount for both Wahoo and Garmin is included.
Extra power on the road, the bottom bracket is optimised for stiffness, and the fork for lateral stiffness. Bold geometry for precise cornering, especially at high speeds, the Focus Izalco Max 9.7 is the road bike for all ambitions.
THE NEW WHEELSET
The Reserve 40|44 provides all-day capability with aerodynamic sensibilities. The 40|44 features a wider, shallower front mixed with a narrower, taller rear wheel, which has proven on the tarmac and in the wind tunnel to deliver speed with the benefit of stability. It’s also designed to provide a comfortable ride all day long. The 40|44 delivers just the note of forgiveness when you need it, to let you keep racking up the miles when others are already legs up on the couch.
